Your account is governed by Indonesian law and alltogel's Terms of Service published on this site. Disputes are resolved via our arbitration process or local courts if necessary. All DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions follow Indonesian payment regulations.

We retain account data, transaction records and verification documents for seven years after closure or final activity. Personal data is deleted upon request unless legal retention obligations apply. You can request a data export anytime via your privacy settings.

Closing your account immediately suspends login and all activity. Any balance is returned to your original DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS source within three business days. Historical records remain available for disputes or regulatory inquiry.

alltogel holds deposits in segregated accounts and processes them via each payment partner's verified banking channels. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay all operate under Indonesia's financial services framework; your balance is your liability-free property.
